GIGI PARIS accepts returns / exchanges / refunds

  • In the event that an item arrives at the buyer damaged, or does not correspond to the item ordered and the description of the latter, GIGI PARIS undertakes to reimburse the full amount paid by the buyer, including Shipping fees. The return of the object must be made to us within 10 days of the date of purchase. Depending on the case, a photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory object may suffice. The refund will be made on the date of receipt of the photo or the article, depending on the case.
  • If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days. GIGI PARIS undertakes to reimburse the amount of the value of the object, excluding the shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer, on the date of receipt of the said object.

GIGI PARIS guarantees its creations at its expense for 1 months, at those of the buyer after 1 months

  • In the event that the GIGI PARIS product, despite the care taken by the buyer (in particular keeping it away from water and perfume) becomes damaged before the end of the 1 month warranty, GIGI PARIS will undertake to put in place at its own expense what is necessary to repair or replace it. If this is not possible, GIGI PARIS will provide the buyer with a voucher for the purchase value, valid for 6 months on the website www.gigiparis.eu.
  • In the event that the creation was acquired more than a month previously, GIGI PARIS may proceed to repair the item if and only if it is repairable. Shipping and repair will be at the buyer's expense.

GIGI PARIS products are sold as is.

GIGI PARIS cannot be held responsible for the errors of its postal operators. We recommend that you take out insurance and opt for delivery with signature. In this case, the buyer must contact the postal services so that GIGI PARIS can proceed with the refund.
